🧳 My Trip to Hong Kong – A Journey into the Heart of Tai Chi
Yes, that’s me in the rickshaw at The Peak! I spent four incredible weeks in Hong Kong diving deeper into the health benefits of Tai Chi — and what an experience it was.
Each morning in Kowloon Park, I watched and learned from local practitioners whose movements carried generations of wisdom. Their approach to Tai Chi and other exercises was beautifully different from what we often see in the Western world — more intuitive, more connected to nature, and deeply rooted in tradition.
When I returned to Australia, my students were eager to hear what I’d learned. Sharing these insights has become a meaningful part of my teaching journey. It’s not just about movement — it’s about guiding others toward a healthier, more balanced life, free from the stress and rush that modern living can bring.
🌿 Tai Chi isn’t just an exercise — it’s a way of life. And I’m grateful to continue passing that on.
